What inspires me most about Will is how he used challenges as fuel, not roadblocks. He faced racism in business and even felt he had to hide parts of himself early on just to gain clients. Yet today, he leads with authenticity and impact. From building WR Community Services, helping seniors and people with disabilities live with dignity, to creating Fat Charlie’s, a nationally ranked Memphis speakeasy that doubles as a space for connection, Will shows what happens when you refuse to accept “no” as the final answer. Like Will, I’ve had to overcome people’s doubts and push through setbacks—and I know the power of believing in yourself even when others don’t.
