From Fired to Fired Up: Meet Jaime Ross, Award-Winning Real Estate Broker Associate

Do you remember the last time you started a new job?

After I earned my MBA, I accepted a job as a marketing manager with ServiceMaster. I was so nervous and unsure of myself and, honestly, questioning if I made the right decision to leave the Memphis Grizzlies.

Unknown to me before I accepted the job, I had to work tradeshows which did not seem fun to me- at all.

On a road trip back from what I think was my first tradeshow with the company, I got to know Jaime Ross. We talked the whole way back, and this stranger became my friend.

But so much more than that.

She was a kind yet relentless powerhouse. I watched her make deal after deal as a sales rep, and it appeared that nothing or no one could stop her. I had found not only a new friend but also a new role model.

Nearly twenty years later, Jaime Ross applied that same resilience and fire to a brand new career

And to no one’s surprise, she’s killing it!

In this episode of S.O. What! Success Stories see how being walked out the door may just be walking you into the door you were supposed to enter anyway.
