When I began my journey as an entrepreneur, I met this big, “chocolate” guy (Phillip Ashley Rix) covered in tattoos. 

Someone told me he was the chocolate man, and I soon learned that he was much more. Going from an ordinary college student who knew nothing about chocolate to become a well-known designer of the most unique chocolates you’ll likely ever see, Phillip’s journey is truly remarkable.  

I have had the pleasure over the years to get to know him as a chocolatier, a chef, an entrepreneur, a father, and a friend. I’m excited to share a bit of Phillip Ashley Rix story that will inspire you to remove not knowing how as an excuse for not going after your dreams.
