Dr. Beverly Bond S.O. What! Success Story

No, I did not get excited when I signed up for an 8 am history class every Tuesday and Thursday morning.

I was not a morning person nor a history-lover.

Although Dr. Beverly Bond did not make it easy for me to get up early, she did make me enjoy and appreciate history. At least her African American history class.

Then over a decade after I graduated, I was reconnected with Dr. Beverly Bond when I received the amazing honor of being recognized as a Woman of Achievement with her.

I honestly felt unworthy but super proud to be sitting next to this incredibly accomplished woman who was also my Alpha Kappa Alpha soror.

Her bio is impressive, her story is amazing, and her heart is beautiful. In this episode of S.O. What! Success Stories you’ll be educated, motivated, and inspired and just might want to learn a bit more history too.

Remember, new S.O. What! Success Stories will be posted each week so please subscribe to my YouTube channel and don’t miss a single episode of these inspiring interviews!
